BIOG iced coffee

1 Boil the coffee, allow to cool and then refrigerate.

2 Whip the cream until stiff.

3 Put the vanilla ice cream in a tall glass and fill with the cold coffee.

4 Pour the cream on top and dust with cocoa.

Tip:

For espresso fans, we recommend the Italian "affogato". For this recipe, pour 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream over freshly brewed espresso (serve with whipped cream if desired).
