Dutch cheese soup

Method
1. Mix the eggs with the cream. Add grated cheese, finely chopped ham and chives.
2. Bring the stock to boil and pour it into the egg mixture while beating constantly with a whisk. Do not boil any more, otherwise the egg yolk will flocculate.
3. Garnish the soup with roasted bread cubes and chopped chives and serve with a small glass of gin, which can be poured into the soup.
