Falafel Wraps

  1. Fry the BIOG organic falafel in a frying pan for 2 minutes per side or heat up in the oven at 180°C for 7 minutes.
  2. Heat the organic tortilla wraps in the microwave at 800 W for 30 seconds. Alternatively, heat the tortilla wraps in a frying pan on medium heat for 20-30 seconds each side.
  3. Place 2 organic salad leaves in the centre of each wrap and spread with 1 tbsp of organic hummus tahini. Top with 1 handful of organic carrots, 1 handful of organic white cabbage and 1 tbsp of pomegranate seeds. Add 4 BIOG organic falafels and finish with 2 tsp of organic ajvar. Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll up tightly.
