Turns stale bread into a delicious dish
Method
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the salt and a dash of milk.
2. Cut the mozzarella into 12 slices.
3. Cut the bread into twice as many 1 cm thick slices.
4. Place one slice of mozzarella between 2 slices of bread.
5. Dust each sandwich with flour and turn it in the egg mixture until it is soaked.
6. Fry in very hot oil until golden brown and serve hot.
