Potato gratin with cheddar

Delicious food with the most popular cheese in England

Method

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.

2. Layer the potato slices in a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with the grated cheddar.

3. Season with salt and pepper and pour the cream over them, so that the potatoes are almost covered.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 60-70 min until crispy brown.
