Spanish crostada with Manchego cheese DOP

Method
1. Crumble the Manchego and mix it with the white wine to form a smooth mixture.
2. Season with salt and pepper, oregano and the pressed garlic cloves.
3. spread the baguette slices with olive oil, the cheese mixture and finally the whisked egg.
4. Bake in the oven at 250°C for about 3 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve with a glass of Spanish red wine.
