Spiced Hot Chocolate

1. Pour the BIOG organic chocolate milk into a small saucepan. Add the cinnamon sticks and whole cardamom pods, then simmer gently over medium heat, stirring often, for about 10 minutes.

2. For a mild flavor, remove the spices and serve immediately. For a stronger flavor, remove from heat and let it cool before placing it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Remove the spices, reheat again before serving.

3. Whisk the BIOG organic cream with vanilla sugar on medium-high speed until peaks form.

4. Garnish the hot chocolate with whipped cream and chopped organic dark chocolate.
